RealtyWrk provides administrative and transaction support services related to real estate workflows. All services are administrative in nature and are performed under client direction.
RealtyWrk does not provide:
Legal advice or legal interpretation
Paralegal services as defined by state law
Brokerage, appraisal, or valuation services (unless separately licensed and contracted)
Financial, tax, or investment advice
No services offered by RealtyWrk should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice requiring licensure beyond administrative support.
2. No Legal Advice
RealtyWrk does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Any information provided is administrative only. Clients remain solely responsible for obtaining legal counsel, interpretation, and advice from qualified attorneys.
3. Client Responsibilities

4. Engagement & Billing

Invoices are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due upon receipt unless alternate terms are specified in writing. Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services.

RealtyWrk’s total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to RealtyWrk for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
RealtyWrk does not guarantee any particular result, transaction outcome, approval, or timeline. Services are provided on a best-efforts administrative basis.
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
RealtyWrk operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between RealtyWrk and any client.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered through the effective termination date.
